The
Recruitment Process
Candidate
Selection
All of our
candidates will have been carefully selected using various
methods such as high profile media advertising, secretarial
college liaison, recommendations and referrals. For
clients looking for specialist skills, we have access to
various different mediums within specific industries enabling
us to customise our service.
-
Pre-Selection
– A timesaving process that allows us to review and select the
candidates with the appropriate skills and experience
-
In Depth
Interviews
– At this
stage we perform in depth interviews and evaluations according
to your criteria, allowing us to decide on a shortlist of
appropriate candidates that have the relevant skills and
experience, and suit the working environment
-
Briefing
– All candidates will have been fully briefed on every aspect
of the role and organisation, and will be genuinely interested
in the company and position
-
References
- We request two references from all
Temporary staff prior to assignment from their last two
employers. These are confirmed in writing. In the event of
immediate bookings we will obtain verbal references followed
up with written references within 14 days.
-
References for Permanent Staff -
Most
employers prefer to take up their own references for permanent
staff. However, we
are very happy to do this at your request.
-
Legal and Policy Requirements - All staff provided by
Aria are required to supply two forms of identification i.e.
N.I. number, passport. We will verify the validity of all
visas and work permits.
-
CV’s
- Candidates must provide a current curriculum
vitae, which we are able to assist with in terms of layout. At
Aria we do not provide a standard CV layout as we believe it
should come from the individual. However all the information
provided will have been cross-checked at interview.
-
Induction - All temporary staff are given a handbook on
completion of their interview in which the temporary code of
conduct for Aria employees is clearly laid out and discussed.
-
Terms of Engagement -
The temporary member of staff is then required to sign and
keep a copy of the contract.
